Sharing our Experiences

Community of Practice

Agenda: Explore peer support standards of practice according to Peer Support Canada & discuss successes and challenges in our peer support practice. Join us to deepen your expertise in peer support by interacting with others who do the same thing! Do you know others who practice peer support? Feel free to pass this on to them. Together, we make a difference. One lived experience at a time. Purpose:For practicing Peer Support Workers (PSW) across the city/province to meet, connect and support each other in our peer support practice.

Let's connect, share, reflect and strengthen.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Please call or email if you have any questions or concerns.

The meet up time will be the same 10:30 am until 12:00 pm but we will be meeting solely in-person to meet at the Summit & then walk to a nearby place to connect in-person in community at the below places.  The attached poster details will be shared out to all next week via email. As well I will also send outlook invites.

We are still exploring the usual topics of conversation & connection just planning to transition the connections to in-person for these months & out of the board room to enjoy some fresh air.
